Welcome to Writeaholic.Writeaholic is a creative platform designed to encourage writing, storytelling, and literary expression in a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. These Community Guidelines outline the standards of behavior and content expected from all users. By using Writeaholic, you agree to comply with these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All users are expected to contribute to a constructive and supportive environment.
2. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
Users must interact with others respectfully and civilly. The following behaviors are not permitted on Writeaholic:

- Hate speech or discriminatory content based on religion, language, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics
- Personal attacks or targeted abuse
3. CONTENT STANDARDS
Users may share original written content, including stories, poems, essays, and comments. However, content must not include:
- Illegal or unlawful material
- Content that promotes or facilitates criminal activity
- Explicit threats or incitement to violence
- Hate speech or extremist propaganda
- Spam, misleading content, or platform manipulation
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish.
4. ORIGINALITY & PLAGIARISM
Writeaholic values originality and creative integrity.
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited
- Uploading content that you do not own or have rights to may result in account suspension or permanent termination
- Repeat or serious violations may lead to irreversible account closure
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESPECT
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, you may report it through the appropriate channels. Writeaholic reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content pending review.
6. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT
Writeaholic reserves the right to moderate content and user behavior to maintain community standards. Actions may include, but are not limited to:
- Content removal or editing
- Temporary content restriction
- Account suspension or termination
Moderation actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal compliance.
7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
Users are encouraged to report content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines. Reports may be reviewed manually or through automated moderation systems. Abuse of reporting mechanisms may itself result in moderation action.
8. NO TOLERANCE FOR ABUSE
Serious violations, including but not limited to hate speech, severe harassment, repeated copyright infringement, or unlawful behavior, may result in immediate and permanent account termination.
9. GUIDELINE UPDATES
Writeaholic may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
